Paid Samples ... (100% Refund)

If you are new customer and don’t have any transaction with us in present/ or past, you have to bear the sampling cost (normally 2.3 times more than normal quote) and courier charges.

You can have 100% refund if:

1) If you place your regular order for same item for which the samples where produced.
2) If our sent samples do not qualify the craftsmanship against your original sent samples.
